My application was upgraded and now it is not usable what can i do to fix the problem

I was requested to upgrade my application via the store, this was not possible to do as it did not work . I then wanted to reinstall the app but it say that the app is not available in our country (Senegal) what must I do as I need to pay my monthly bills.
