Internet connectivity for one month while in the US?

Hello, I'm going to the United States for less than a month and the townhouse I'm living in doesn't have Internet access. I need at least 100GB of data and am unsure of the best method of obtaining service. I've seen T-Mobile 5G MIFI devices, but I'm not interested in spending the money on a modem. I'll be in Florida (Orlando) and was hoping to rent one of them for a month.

My second option is to bring an iPhone and rent a 4G/LTE SIM for a month, but I'll need at least 100GB.

I'm seeking for alternatives.
