If the @ light of your livebox and red color, it means that you have no synchronization. You have to check if one end of the end cable is connected to the adsl port on the left side of the livebox. The other end should be well plugged under the filter (small white box) plugged into the wall socket. It would be even better to disconnect the cable altogether, to swap the 2 ends and reconnect it. If the red color persists, you will need to contact Orange support on the Orange page on Facebook or on the @supportorange Twitter account.
