          &lt;div class=&quot;body-bd&quot;&gt;&lt;p&gt;Bonsoir Sock !&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;En fait, le problème vient de la gestion du switch &lt;br /&gt;entre les réseaux de votre mobile.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;En effet , la 4G ne permettant pas les appels voix , il est indispensable &lt;br /&gt;que le téléphone bascule sur la 3G/2G pour appeler ou recevoir un appel &lt;br /&gt;Vérifiez que vos paramètres de choix réseau sont sur automatique.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;N&amp;#39;hésitez surtout pas à nous revenir si vous avez d&amp;#39;autres questions sur les produits et services d&amp;#39;Orange Sénégal.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Merci à vous !&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
