Peut être que ta version d'Android est dépassée. C'est ce qui m'a poussé à acheter un nouveau car l'ancien qui a la version d'Android 6 ne pouvait prendre aucune application d'orange.
Si c'est pas ça alors rend toi sur play store.

Je te conseille de voder la cache de vôtre playstore après faite-nous savoir si ça fonctionne ou non
Si vous ne savez pas comment vider la cache des données en cache dite le nous et nous seront là pour apporter nôtre aide

Est-ce que les données mobiles sont activées? Peux-tu stp vérifier si le téléphone autorise l'application à accéder aux données mobiles?

Ensuite vous si vous lancez l'installation appuyer sur parametres ----- activer sources inconnues.

Je pense qu'il parle de l'application qui ne fait pas apparaitre les infos après l'installation.
C'est assez normal. Mais pour la mise à jour des données, assures toi que ton réseau 3G est activé puis réactualise l'application en le fermant et le rouvrant.
Si même nécessaire redémarre le terminal.
Et si ca ne vient toujours pas, laisse quelques temps avec toujours le réseau mobile activé. Ca viendra forcément.

Essaye de redemarrer votre telephone si ca marche pas il faut désinstaller l’application et le télécharger a nouveau, et vérifie que ton portable est bien paramétrer. Si ça marche toujours pas je t'invite à te rapprocher de notre service client sur Facebook géré par Ibou , en énumérant votre problème il va vérifier puis le régler
